DGPS Survey — Haryana (NCR)
DGPS Survey in Faridabad for Plots, Routes and Site Control
We fix control points, plot boundaries and route coordinates to centimetre level. Our crew drives out from Sector 41, not from another state.
Quick AnswerA DGPS survey in Faridabad uses two satellite receivers: a fixed base and a moving rover. Together they fix every point of your plot or route with centimetre level accuracy. We run the work from our own office in Sector 41, and most sites in the city, Ballabgarh and Greater Faridabad get a surveyor the same day or within 1 working day. To see the method behind it, read how our DGPS survey works.
What is a DGPS survey, and why do Faridabad sites need it?
A DGPS survey corrects ordinary GPS errors with a second receiver that sits on a known point. The rover's error drops from a few metres to a few centimetres, so a boundary pillar, a road level or a pipeline alignment stands up in front of a buyer, a bank or an authority. After a signal break, a short re-observation in open sky brings an accurate position back to centimeter levels.
In Faridabad the need usually comes from plot sales in IMT and the older sectors, group housing layouts in Greater Faridabad, expressway and utility alignments, and factory extensions.
How does DGPS correct the error in GPS?
The base station compares the position it calculates from the satellites with its known position, and sends the difference to the rover as correction data. Satellite clock drifts, orbit errors and atmospheric delays throw off a standard GPS receiver working alone on the global positioning system.
The base receives signals from GPS satellites, the station calculates the error for each satellite, and the rover receiver applies those corrections to its own GPS reading. In real time (RTK) mode this happens every second over a radio or mobile link. In static mode we process the collected data from both receivers later, for ground control points that need the highest accuracy.
The choice is about accuracy, speed and cost: RTK for plot corners, static sessions for main control points. A topographic survey in Faridabad then adds a level grid on these same points.

Where in Faridabad do we do DGPS work?
Our crews work across the whole district, from the Aravalli ridge in the west to the Yamuna floodplain in the east.
- Old city and HSVP sectors (1–58): dense construction and mature trees restrict the open sky. We place the base on a rooftop or open ground and complete obstructed corners with total station work in Faridabad.
- Greater Faridabad (Sectors 75–89, Neharpar): open land beside new residential towers gives strong satellite geometry, so RTK observation moves quickly. Boundaries here frequently need reconciliation with the revenue map.
- IMT and the industrial sectors: plot layouts, shed extensions and road levels; our notes on Faridabad's industrial areas describe what lies under these plots.
- Aravalli side (Surajkund, Anangpur, Pali): rocky, uneven ground where heights matter as much as position, so we pair DGPS with a level grid and spot heights for a reliable contour drawing.
How does our crew run a DGPS survey on site?
In five steps, usually finished in one day for a plot under five acres.
- Desk check: you share the plot papers, Google location and what the drawing is for. Based on these papers, our engineer selects either static or RTK mode for the survey.
- Base set-up: we position the base station on a secure point with clear sky. It records observations for the duration the specification requires. Where a Survey of India CORS correction is usable, we tie to it.
- Rover work: corners, pillars, road edges, gates, poles and any feature you list are picked one by one.
- Check shots: we re-observe selected points from an independent set-up. Any discrepancy then appears on site rather than during office processing.
- Processing and drawing: we reduce coordinates to WGS-84 / UTM Zone 43N (or your project system) and plot them in AutoCAD.
If cables or pipes may run under the same plot, we can add a GPR scan of the plot in the same visit.
What do you receive at the end?
A coordinate list, a CAD drawing and a one-page method note, normally within three working days.

- Plots of 1–5 acres cost ₹2,500 per acre, with a minimum of ₹12,000.

All rates are exclusive of GST; the final figure is confirmed in a written quotation after we review the location and access.
Does a private DGPS survey replace revenue demarcation?
No. In Haryana, official demarcation (nishandehi) is done by the revenue department. Our survey gives you exact coordinates and a clean drawing. These help you prepare for it or check a builder's layout; the land demarcation process in Delhi NCR is explained step by step in our guide. The same coordinates also work as high quality base maps for architects, banks and the plot's future layout plans.

Why choose Mezux Touch for DGPS work?
- Our survey team works from Faridabad. A site visit anywhere in the city is a short drive rather than a planned trip.
- Every quote is given in writing. Scope, deliverables and timeline are fixed on paper before the crew goes out.
- The same crew can also scan for buried services. If the plot may hide cables or pipes, a GPR scan can be added to the same visit.
- The paperwork is easy to use. You get coordinates, a CAD drawing and a method note that an architect or bank can read.
Talk to the survey desk. Share the plot location and papers, and an engineer will tell you which method fits and what it costs. Desk hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

How long does a DGPS survey take in Faridabad?
We normally complete a plot under five acres in a single field day. Processed drawings follow within two to three working days. For long routes, daily progress depends on access and the spacing of control points.
Can you survey inside a running factory?
Yes. We work around shifts and safety rules, and inside sheds we switch to a total station tied to outside DGPS points.
Are you the government revenue surveyor?
No. Mezux Touch is a private survey company. Our drawing supports your application, but the revenue department carries out the official demarcation.
Do you also match the field boundary with khasra and killa records?
Yes, our team matches the field boundary with the revenue map you provide. For that work, see our private land surveyor service in Faridabad.
Which is better, DGPS or total station?
DGPS is faster over open, large areas; a total station is better under trees and between buildings. Most Faridabad jobs use both. Our guide DGPS vs Total Station explains which method suits each type of site.
What do I need to send for a quote?
The Google location, plot papers or a sketch, and what the drawing is for. The form below or a WhatsApp message with these is enough.
