Mezux Touch accessibility commitment for mezux.in — WCAG 2.1 AA reference standard, features provided, known limitations and how to report a barrier.
Our commitment
Mezux Touch Pvt. Ltd. wants mezux.in to be usable by as many people as possible, including those using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation or magnification. We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard. Last updated: 11 August 2026.
What we have done
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate page structure.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked as such.
- Visible focus styles and keyboard operability for menus, accordions and forms.
- An on-page accessibility control that lets you increase or decrease text size.
- Colour combinations chosen for contrast, and layouts that reflow on small screens.
- Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" setting, which disables non-essential animation.
Known limitations
Some third-party embedded content and older documents may not yet meet the same standard. We are working to address these as content is updated.
