Survey Solutions for Every Project Type
DGPS, topographic, total station and GPR surveys combined for the project in front of you.
Quick AnswerChoose your project type below. Each solution page explains which surveys the project needs, in what order, and what you receive. If your project is not listed, send the details and we will plan the survey around it.
Pick the survey by the project, not by the instrument
A solar plant, a hospital and a CNG station need very different surveys, even when the same instruments go to site. These pages start from the project: what the designer or contractor needs at that stage, which survey methods give it, and what the final drawing should contain.
Each solution combines our services – DGPS and total station survey, topographic and contour survey, GPR and cable locating, as-built mapping – in the order that suits the job.

Why the order of surveys matters
Getting the sequence right is often worth more than any single survey. On a greenfield plot, control points and a level survey come first so the designer has a true base. On a working factory or hospital campus, buried services are mapped before anyone marks foundations. Along a linear route, alignment and crossings are fixed before the contractor orders pipe or duct.
Each solution page sets out that order for its project type, the instruments involved and the drawing you get at each stage, so your team can plan approvals and design around it.
How to choose between GPR, DGPS and topographic work
Start from the decision the project must make. If the question is what lies underground, the answer is a ground penetrating radar survey with cable locating, often graded to subsurface utility engineering (SUE) quality levels. If the question is where things sit in coordinates, a DGPS survey fixes control points to within a few centimetres. If the question is the shape of the land, a topographic survey records levels, contours and features for design.
Most projects need two or three of these in a set order. Control comes first, the topographic survey hangs off that control, and the utility survey is then drawn on the same base, so designers see buried services and ground levels together.
Typical combinations by project
- Pipeline or cable routes: DGPS control, a GPR survey along the corridor and an L-section at crossings.
- Industrial plots and factories: boundary and topographic survey, then utility mapping inside the plant.
- Road and drain works: topographic levels, a GPR survey of the carriageway and service lanes, and total station setting out.
- Building and campus projects: site survey, concrete scanning where slabs will be cut, and as-built drawings at handover.
Timing, pricing and deliverables
A local team member starts immediately or within one working day in every city we serve. GPR survey is charged at ₹24 per metre, or ₹32 per metre with an L-section, with a minimum order of ₹50,000 in Delhi NCR and ₹1,00,000 elsewhere, GST extra. Land and DGPS work follows the rates on each solution page, and any travel cost, if applicable, is listed in the quote.
Every solution ends with files your team can use without conversion: CAD drawings in DWG and PDF, coordinate lists in Excel or CSV, and KMZ files for Google Earth. Utility drawings carry a confidence note on each line, and topographic sheets carry spot levels and contours at the interval agreed in the quote. All field work is done by Mezux staff on company-owned equipment, which keeps calibration, data formats and drawing standards the same from one site to the next.
What every solution includes
- A site visit plan agreed before mobilisation.
- Field work by our own crew with company-owned instruments.
- Drawings in DWG and PDF, with GIS layers when asked.
- A written quote with scope, deliverables and timeline.
Frequently asked questions
Can one crew do both land and utility survey?
Yes. Our crews carry DGPS, total station and GPR, so a single visit can cover levels, boundaries and buried services.
Do you work outside Delhi NCR?
Yes, across India; mobilisation is planned with the client.
What drawing formats do you deliver?
DWG and PDF as standard, with SHP or KMZ when the project uses GIS.
