Pan-India coverage — how it works and detailed questions
Mezux Touch has delivered in 28 or more States and Union Territories since 2003, with detailed documentation for ninety cities and areas. Coverage in this industry is frequently claimed and rarely qualified, so it is worth stating what ours means: crews and plant mobilise from Faridabad, project bases are established for the duration of larger programmes, and there are no permanent offices in every state — which we do not claim to have.
Why central knowledge matters more than local offices
A regional sub-contractor holds local knowledge that leaves when the contract ends. Ours is held centrally, in documentation covering ground conditions, authorities, access constraints and seasonal windows for each market, which is why our city pages differ from one another rather than repeating a template with a name changed. That knowledge survives staff changes, and it is what allows a national programme to be delivered to one standard rather than to twelve.
Where coverage genuinely stops
Outside Delhi NCR a minimum accepted order value of one lakh rupees per project applies, reflecting real mobilisation cost from Faridabad. Within NCR there is none. For a single small job in a distant state a competent local contractor may serve a client better than we can, and we will say so. Reach is an advantage on programmes and corridors, not automatically on one plot survey far from our base — and a contractor claiming otherwise is claiming something they cannot deliver economically.
Beyond the basics
How many states have you actually worked in? 28 or more States and Union Territories. For any specific location we will confirm mobilisation honestly rather than assume from a map.
Do you have permanent offices everywhere? No, and we do not claim to. Crews mobilise from Faridabad with project bases for larger programmes.
Is there a minimum order value? Outside Delhi NCR, one lakh rupees per project. Inside NCR none, because there is no mobilisation cost to recover.
Would you recommend someone else? For a single small job far from our bases, yes. Taking work we cannot serve well helps nobody, least of all the client.
How quickly can crews reach a distant site? That depends on the location and current commitments, and we will give a specific answer rather than a general assurance.
Terms used on this page
Project base — a temporary operating base for a larger programme's duration. Central knowledge — market information held by the company rather than a local partner. Seasonal window — the months in which conditions and permissions both allow work in a region. Minimum order value — the smallest project accepted outside NCR. Mobilisation cost — the real expense of moving crews and plant, which the minimum reflects.
