Mezux Touch is a trenchless EPC contractor working below ground across India since 2003: Ground Penetrating Radar survey, horizontal directional drilling, optical fibre installation and Right-of-Way liaisoning, delivered on fourteen owned radar systems and eighteen owned drilling rigs with directly employed crews. Cumulative GPR survey has passed 1.5 lakh kilometres across 28 or more States and Union Territories. The work is ordinary in description and difficult in execution, and most of what separates contractors here is honesty about the second part.
The four things that actually decide an underground project
Ground, which changes the method rather than the pace — rock needs a different machine from clay, and saline coastal soil limits what survey can establish before work starts. Permissions, which stall administratively far more often than through refusal, and which do not transfer between authorities. Season, since the workable year differs by region and a national schedule loses a season somewhere every year. And plant availability, the constraint most plans focus on and the one most easily solved by owning rather than hiring. Two of the four are within a contractor's control; we frame our commitments around those.
Where to start on this site
For survey questions by location, the city pages under GPR Survey carry ground conditions, achievable depth, authorities and access constraints for ninety cities and areas. For method questions, the service pages set out what each technique can and cannot do, including where it fails. For permission questions, the RoW clearance pages cover documents, timelines and closure by city. For sector-specific standards, the six sector pages describe what telecom, gas, power, rail, highway and water clients each require. Every page states its own limitations rather than implying uniform capability.
Beyond the basics
What does Mezux Touch actually do? GPR survey, HDD drilling, OFC installation and RoW liaisoning — the four stages of putting infrastructure underground, delivered together or separately.
How much work have you delivered? Over 1.5 lakh km of GPR survey since 2003 across 28 or more States and UTs, with named corridors including 135 KM at Bawana, 225 KM for NDMC and 67 KM at Okhla.
Is there a minimum order value? Outside Delhi NCR, one lakh rupees per project, because crews and rigs mobilise from Faridabad. Within NCR there is no minimum at all.
Do you sub-let work? Not survey, drilling, splicing or liaison. Reinstatement labour is sometimes engaged locally under our supervision, and that boundary is disclosed at contract stage.
Where are you based? B-121, Sector 41, Faridabad, Haryana. The office and equipment yard are at the same address, which is why NCR response is measured in hours.
Terms used on this page
Trenchless — installing services without opening the surface, by directional drilling rather than trenching. GPR — Ground Penetrating Radar, a detection method that reads changes in ground property rather than metal. Right-of-Way — the legal permission to work in a road or across land, and the process of obtaining it. EPC — engineering, procurement and construction, taken as one contracted responsibility. Owned fleet — plant held outright rather than hired, which is what makes a mobilisation date a commitment.
